Q: Can I become a member?
A: It is super easy all you have to do is add your email and verify you are an individual that lives in Canada and is over 19.

Q: How do I order?
A: Place your order on our site and simply follow our easy steps towards check out. You may also email us and one of our CBD consultants will help you through the ordering process.

Q: Can I pick up my order directly?
A: At this time we are only mailing orders, individuals may not directly pick up their products.

Q: Can I place orders that are larger than the stock available on your site?
A: You can always place large orders, but at this time you cannot order a quantity that exceeds what is available on the website.

Q: Is this safe?
A: Receiving CBD in the mail has been safe since the early 2000’s when mail-ordering product to clients and customers was introduced. Since then it has become very common, with no known cases of seized packages. Canada Post has announced they will not stop packages with cannabis products in them. At this time, receivers of these products face no risk.

Q: Are products 3rd party lab tested?
A: Each brand is responsible for their own 3rd party testing. CBD Oil Direct only sells from brands that have supplied us with their 3rd party lab results. Customers can email us for copies to verify.

Return Policy:

Q: What is the return policy?
A: We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion of your product for a refund of 110% of what you paid for the product excluding shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping fees when returning products.

Payment:

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Currently, we can only accept payment via Interac E-Transfer

Q: How do I pay using Interac E-Transfer?
A: After you order we send you an email titled: Your CBD Oil Direct order has been received! (it may have gone to your “Junk” or “Spam” mail folder, check there if you can’t find it) with clear instructions for how to make payment using Interac E-transfer. The process is quite straightforward.

Q: Are our transactions secure?

A: Yes we do charge the regular GST and HST

Shipping and Delivery:

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: It will take approximately 2-5 business days however we cannot fully guarantee this as there are multiple factors that may cause it to take longer such as holidays, distance and weather conditions. You will receive an Xpresspost tracking number so you can track your package online on the Canada Post website. You can also contact us for assistance,  we’ll do our best to determine the whereabouts of your product!

Q: How is it shipped?
A: We use Canada Post Xpresspost.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: It is $19.00 unless you spend over $150 then we offer free shipping!

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Anywhere in Canada.

Q: What if my order is stuck in transit?
A: Please always contact us and do not contact Canada Post because at that point it is Canada Post’s issue and we will not be able to help in any way. If it is three days late then we will open an investigation for you with Canada Post and this process can be potentially lengthy up to thirty days. If after the investigation or it is deemed lost we will resend your order free of charge.

Q: What if it says delivered but I did not receive my product?
A: If it says that it was delivered and you didn’t receive your order please contact us immediately and contact us instead of Canada Post. We will be the ones to get involved with Canada Post to do an investigation about the whereabouts of your product.
