USAGE:
For those just beginning with CBD, the general rule for use is “Start low, go slow.” Many factors may influence what dosage will work best for you, and finding your optimal dose is a process that may take some time.  To begin, start with 1 mg to 6 mg for every 10 pounds of body weight and increase by 5mg per week. Stop increasing when you feel you are getting best results.

To administer, use the dropper to drop oil under the tongue, hold for up to 1 minute.
